鱼肠道弧菌疫苗制备及免疫保护效果

Preparation of Vaccine Against Vibrio ichthyoenteri and Evaluation of the Immune Efficiency

摘要:

本文比较了不同灭活剂及灭活条件对鱼肠道弧菌(Vibrio ichthyoenteri)的灭活效果,确定以0.4%(v/v)福尔马林溶液在25℃下处理30h作为疫苗的最佳灭活条件,用灭活的鱼肠道弧菌疫苗免疫大菱鲆并测定了该疫苗针对鱼肠道弧菌、溶藻弧菌(Vibrio alginolyticus)、副溶血弧菌(Vibrio prarhaemolyticus)、鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarium)等的免疫保护力,结果表明,采用注射免疫方式接种后,针对鱼肠道弧菌的免疫保护率达75%;溶藻弧菌免疫保护率为67.6%;鳗弧菌免疫保护率为50%;副溶血弧菌免疫保护率为57.2%;采用浸浴免疫方式接种后,疫苗针对鱼肠道弧菌、溶藻弧菌、鳗弧菌、副溶血弧菌的免疫保护力分别为25%、22.3%、11.1%、12.5%。

Abstract:

In this article compared the results of different inactivation and inactivated conditions on the Vibrio ichthyoenteri vaccine. The appropriate method for inactivation the bacterium was treatment the bacteria suspension with 0.4% formalin at 25℃ for 30h. The efficacy of vaccine against Vibrio ichthyoenteri, Vibrio alginolyticus, Vibrio prarhaemolyticus and Vibrio anguillarium on the turbot Scophthalmus maximus L was study by vaccinated with vaccine by immersion and injection routines. The results showed that the relative percent survival (RPS) was 75% for Vibrio ichthyoenteri by injection routines, 67.6% for Vibrio alginolyticus, 50% for Vibrio anguillarium and 57.2% for Vibrio prarhaemolyticu, but the RPS was 25% for Vibrio ichthyoenteri by immersion routines to the turbot, 22.3% for Vibrio alginolyticus, 11.1% for Vibrio anguillarium and 12.5 for Vibrio prarhaemolyticus
