摘要: 摘要:DNase II (脱氧核糖核酸酶 II)是核酸内切酶,在细胞内主要位于溶酶体、细胞核及各种分泌排泄物中,酸性条件(pH4.5–5.5)发挥最大活性。DNase II及其同系物参与细胞凋亡;DNase II和其它被激活的核酸内切酶一起,特异地在核小体间切断DNA链,形成凋亡的标志性梯带状DNA;DLAD参与白内障的形成,如果缺失DNase II可引起免疫系统疾病、白内障和贫血等疾病。了解DNase II的性质及功能对于进一步研究DNase II与细胞凋亡、疾病的发生、发展等的关系具有重要的意义。

Abstract: Deoxyribonuclease II (DNase II) is an important acid endonuclease in lysosomes, nuclei and various secretions in many animals. DNase II family member include DNase IIα,DNase IIβ,and L-DNase II. During apoptosis,DNase II can help apoptotic cells which were engulfed by phagocytic cells for digesting the DNA and contein correct development,viability and immune function. Review on the character and progression of DNase II lay a foundation of further study on its biological function and action mechanism in apoptosis.
