叶底红扦插繁殖技术研究

摘要:

叶底红枝条顶部为插条在春季扦插,平均生根率最高,达79.33%,枝条中部为插条在春季扦插次之,平均生根率为67.33%;枝条顶部扦插的生根率优于中部;春季扦插生根率最高,平均生根率达73.33%,其他依次为秋季、夏季,冬季最差。采用NAA处理插条,适宜的浓度可以提高扦插生根率。NAA浓度50mg/L处理枝条顶部,其平均生根率达93.33%;处理枝条中部,其平均生根率可达87.33%。

Abstract:

Phyllagathis fordii (Hance) in spring,the mean rooting rate of the upper part of the shoots was the highest and reached to 79.33%,second the middle part of the shoots, the mean rooting ratio was 67.33%,the rooting rate of the upper part of the shoots was better than the middle part of the shoots. cuttage in spring the rooting rate was the highest and the mean rooting rate reached to 73.33%, followed by fall, summer and winter was the worst. cuttings dealt with appropriate concentration of NAA could improve the rooting rate. dealt with NAA50 mg/L , the rooting ratio of the uper part of the shoots reached to 93.33%, the middle part of the shoots reached to 87.33%
