容器育苗基质对蓉城竹(Phyllostachys bissetii)生长的影响

Effects of Container Nursery Substrates on the Growth of Phyllostachys bissetii

摘要:

为筛选出适宜竹子育苗的优质基质,以蓉城竹(Phyllostachys bissetii)为研究对象,通过草炭、珍珠岩、蚯蚓粪的不同配比组成的容器育苗基质(CK为草炭:珍珠岩:蚯蚓粪=10:5:0,Q1为草炭:珍珠岩:蚯蚓粪=7:5:3,Q2为草炭:珍珠岩:蚯蚓粪=5:5:5,Q3为草炭:珍珠岩:蚯蚓粪=3:5:7,Q4为草炭:珍珠岩:蚯蚓粪=0:5:10),研究不同育苗基质对蓉城竹根长、生物量、氮磷钾含量、地径和株高等的影响。Q1基质处理蓉城竹的根长、地上部和地下部的生物量与氮含量、根冠比均为最高,与其他基质差异显著;同时,Q1基质的蓉城竹分枝数、叶片数亦最多,并且地径与株高均显著高于其他基质,其中地径分别较CK、Q2、Q3和Q4显著提高14.51%、14.96%、5.80%和11.03%,株高分别显著提高19.34%、18.91%、10.16%和11.38%。综合分析可知,草炭:珍珠岩:蚯蚓粪的配比为7:5:3的育苗基质最适宜于蓉城竹的生长。

Abstract:

This study aims to screen out the high-qualified substrate for bamboo seedling. Taking Phyllostachys bissetii as trial material, a pot experiment was conducted with five different container nursery substrates composed of different proportions of peat, perlite and wormcast (CK, peat: perlite: wormcast=10:5:0; Q1, peat: perlite: wormcast=7:5:3; Q2, peat: perlite: wormcast=5:5:5; Q3, peat: perlite: wormcast=3:5:7; Q4, peat: perlite: wormcast=0:5:10), to determine the effects of different container nursery substrates on root length, biomass, and the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, as well as the growth of ground diameter and plant height of P. bissetii. The results indicated that the indexes of the root length, the biomass and nitrogen content of aboveground and belowground, and root shoot ratio of P. bissetii cultivated with Q1 substrate all reached the maximum, which had statistically significant difference with other substrates. In the meantime, the number of branches and leaves of P. bissetii in the Q1 substrate was also the most. Furthermore, the ground diameter increased by 14.51%, 14.96%, 5.80% and 11.03% compared with that of CK, Q2, Q3 and Q4 respectively, and the plant height increased by 19.34%, 18.91%, 10.16% and 11.38% respectively. As a result, the container nursery substrate with the proportion of peat: perlite: wormcast of 7:5:3 is the most suitable for the growth of P. bissetii.
