摘要:

利用信息技术实现农产品配送过程跟踪、监管,对于保证农产品质量安全、提高农产品流通速度具有重要意义。该文介绍了国内外物流配送过程常用的信息技术——条码技术、RFID(射频)技术、GPS(全球卫星定位系统)技术、GIS(地理信息系统)技术、RS(遥感)技术、网络技术、EDI(数据交换技术)、信息处理技术。说明了各技术的特点和适用范围,综述了各信息技术在农产品物流配送过程中的应用情况,并指出中国目前在该领域研究中存在的问题和今后的研究重点。

Abstract:

To track and monitor the process of the agricultural production logistics through the use of information technology is important for guaranteeing the agricultural production safety and increasing the speed of logistics. The information technology in the agricultural production logistics (barcode, Radio Frequency Identification, Global Position System, Geographical Information System, Remote Sensing, network technology, Electronic Data Interchange, information processing technology) used at home and abroad is introduced, and the characteristics as well as applicability of each technique were summarized. The research progresses of each information technology in the agricultural production logistics were reviewed. Moreover, problems existing in domestic research in this fields and development trend in the future in China were discussed.
