微卫星标记AY493302与缙云麻鸭蛋壳颜色的相关性分析*

Analysis on Correlation Between Microsatellite Marker AY493302 and Eggshell Color of Jinyun Duck

摘要:

采用50只青壳蛋缙云麻鸭及30只白壳蛋缙云麻鸭的血液DNA对微卫星标记AY493302进行多态性分析,探讨该微卫星标记与缙云麻鸭蛋壳颜色的相关性,为鸭青壳性状的分子标记辅助选择提供理论依据和技术支持。结果微卫星标记AY493302在青壳蛋与白壳蛋缙云麻鸭之间的基因型分布差异极其显著 (P=2.247E-12),表明该微卫星标记与缙云麻鸭的蛋壳颜色高度相关。其中基因型JJ (365bp/365bp) 不仅在两种鸭中的频率差异极其显著 (P <0.0001),而且只在青壳的缙云麻鸭中出现,在白壳的缙云麻鸭中尚未出现, 表明基因型JJ (365bp/365bp) 可以作为缙云麻鸭纯合青壳基因标记辅助选择的基因型。

Abstract:

Microsatellite locus AY493302 was used to analyze the polymorphisms of 50 blue-eggshelled and 30 white-eggshelled Jinyun ducks for the correlation relationship between this marker and eggshell color of Jinyun ducks. The results showed that the genotype distributions of this marker between two eggshell color ducks were significantly different (P=2.247E-12). This denotes that microsatellite AY493302 was highly correlated with eggshell color of Jinyun duck. The frequency of genotype JJ (365bp/365bp) was also significantly different between two eggshell color ducks (P<0.0001). Furthermore, this genotype existed only in blue-eggshelled Jinyun ducks, while not in white-eggshelled ones. These suggested that genotype JJ (365bp/365bp) can be used to select the homozygous blue-eggshelled gene of Jinyun duck in the form of assistant marker.
