摘要：

采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用对哈巴俄苷在三种存在形式（提取物、烟丝、烟气）中的含量分别进行了测定，并计算转移率。在一定程度上掌握了哈巴俄苷的内在变化规律，并证明了哈巴俄苷能从烟丝中转移到烟气中，转移率为2.55%。

Abstract:

Three existence forms of harpagoside (extracts, tobacco, smoke) in the respective levels were detected using HPLC-MS and calculated transfer rate. In a certain extent mastered harpagoside inherent variation and certified to harpagoside transferred from tobacco into the smoke, the metastasis rate was 2.55%.
