河南省苹果轮纹病菌对戊唑醇的敏感性检测

Sensitivity of Botryosphaeria berengeriana f.sp.piricola to Tebuconazole

摘要:采用生长速率法测定了采自河南省苹果种植区的40个苹果轮纹病菌菌株(Botryosphaeria berengeriana f.sp.piricola)对戊唑醇的敏感性。结果表明:戊唑醇对40个菌株的EC50值在0.0172~1.6026μg/mL之间,平均值为0.3978±0.1171μg/mL。其中,菌株ZZ1(EC50 1.6026μg/mL)对戊唑醇的敏感性较低,LB1(0.0172μg/mL)对其最敏感,其毒力倍数是ZZ1的93.23倍。研究结果表明,河南地区的苹果轮纹病菌对戊唑醇比较敏感,未产生明显的抗药群体。建立了苹果轮纹病菌对戊唑醇抗药性的敏感基线。

Abstract:

Abstract: Forty isolates of Apple Ring Rot(Botryosphaeria berengeriana f.sp.piricola) were collected from typical and representative location of Henan Province.The sensitivity of these isolates to tebuconazole was tested by colonial growth-rate.The result showed that the 50% effective concentration values (EC50) to the 47 strains for tebuconazole ranged from 0.0172 to 1.6026 μg/mL, and the mean EC50 values ( ±Se ×t0. 05) were 0.3978±0.1171 μg/mL. Isolate ZZ1 (EC50 1.6026 μg/mL )showed the lowest sensitivity to tebuconazole, strain LB1(0.0172 μg/mL) was the most sensitive strain to tebuconazole, its toxicity ratio was 620.38-fold compared to strain ZZ1. The results suggested that the population of Botryosphaeria berengeriana f.sp.piricola Henan province is sensitive to tebuconazole and populations with significant resistance have not been observed. A sensitivity baseline of Botryosphaeria berengeriana f.sp.piricola isolates in Henan province was set up.
