The influence of the different pretreatment on the efficiency of the enzymatic degradation of the sweet sorghum straw

摘要:

本文对甜高粱秸杆进行了各种预处理,包括机械处理、高温处理、超声波处理、无机溶剂处理、有机溶剂处理等,比较了不同的预处理方式对甜高粱秸杆纤维素酶降解效率的影响,得出其影响程度顺序是:高温>超声波>有机溶剂>粉碎度>稀酸/碱。温度影响中干燥高温效果最佳,每0.1克秸秆粉末可产生还原糖8.3116 mg。超声波处理在无溶剂(无水)条件下,在相同的时间产生还原糖的量是有溶剂(有水)时的5倍。有机溶剂方面,丙酮的作用最为显著,在30分钟内每0.1克秸秆粉末可以产生还原糖4.3736mg。在机械处理中还原糖的量随着粉碎目数的增大而增加。此结果对工业生产提供了有价值的建议。

Abstract:

Various pretreatments for the sweet sorghum straw were carried out, including mechanical processing、 heat treatment、 ultrasonic treatment、inorganic solvent treatment, and organic solvent treatment. The influence of the different pretreatment on the efficiency of the enzymatic degradation of the sweet sorghum straw cellulose was compared. The efficiency was analyzed as the following order: temperature > ultrasonic > organic solvent > mechanical treatment > acids/base in lower concentration.. In the heat treatment the drying and high temperature treatment condition shows the best efficiency with the result of each 0.1g of straw powder producing 8.3116 mg reducing sugar. Ultrasonic treatment in the absence of solvent (water) conditions produced more reducing sugar with the factor of 5 than in the presence of solvent (water) in the same time. In the organic solvent treatment acetone shows the best efficiency in which 0.1 grams of straw powder can produce 4.3736mg reducing sugar in 30 minutes. In the mechanical treatment the amount of reducing sugar increased with the increasing of the crushed mesh number. The results provided valuable suggestions for the industrial producing.
