人参根际土壤微生物RAPD反应体系的建立

Establishment of RAPD reaction system for Panax ginseng rhizosphere soil microbial community

摘要:

本研究建立了一种适合于开展参地土壤微生物遗传多样性的RAPD反应体系。利用优化的RAPD反应体系,对200条RAPD引物进行了筛选,其中38条引物多态性高、扩增结果稳定。在此基础上,用筛选出的多态性RAPD引物对参地土壤微生物总DNA进行了扩增。试验结果表明,本研究建立的RAPD反应体系适合开展人参根际土壤微生物的遗传多样性研究。

Abstract:

In this study, RAPD reaction system that fitted for genetic diversity study of Panax ginseng rhizosphere soil microbial community was established. Based on the optimized RAPD reaction system, 38 out of 200 RAPD primers having polymorphic were identified. Furthermore, genomic DNA extracted from soil samples were amplified by polymorphic RAPD primers identified. Results indicated that, the optimized RAPD reaction system was fitted for genetic diversity study of P. ginseng rhizosphere soil microbes.
