鲜食糯玉米鲜果穗生长规律研究

摘 要:本文通过对两个鲜食糯玉米品种津农3和津农0802授粉后不同时期时,籽粒中可溶性糖含量以及水分含量的变化研究发现,在授粉后21-27天收获的鲜食糯玉米,可溶性糖含量与水分含量较高且较稳定。

Abstract:

In order to determine the production of suitable fresh waxy corn harvest period carried out the study.
Through study of different times after pollination soluble sugar content and grain moisture content change of
two fresh waxy maize varieties‘Jinnong3’and‘Jinnong0802’, while the method of fruit ear length and ear
diameter by direct measurement, soluble sugar content using anthrone method, the moisture content using
drying method. Results showed that 21-27 days after pollination fresh waxy corn harvest, soluble sugar content
and moisture content were high and stable, this time waxy corn harvested fresh taste better and timely harvest.
Suitable for the fresh waxy corn harvest a view to providing a theoretical basis and can be used glutinous maize
breeding, production and promotion of cultivation.
