种植密度和播期对薏苡产量的影响及相关性分析

摘要:

为薏苡在北方地区的高产栽培和育种提供科学依据,采用二因素随机区组排列设计,研究了种植密度、播期对薏苡产量的影响,利用通径分析对产量构成因素进行了相关性分析。结果表明种植密度和播期对薏苡产量及其构成因素的影响均达极显著水平,种植密度为8.25万株/hm2(株行距40cm×60cm)时薏苡的产量最高,若考虑经济效益,则最优种植密度为4.05万株/hm2(株行距60cm×80cm),适宜播期在4月27日左右。通径分析表明,单株粒数和百粒重是影响薏苡产量的首要因素,应作为育种中的首选指标;分蘖数和结实率对产量具有较大的间接增加作用,可通过栽培中对密度的调节得以提高,从而获得薏苡高产。

Abstract:

To increase the yield of coix (Coix lachryrma-jobi L.) in the northern region and provide a scientific basis for genetic breeding. Effects of different planting densities and planting date on yield and its components in coix were studies using two-factor randomized block design. The results showed that the difference of yield and its components affected by plant densities and planting dates were both significantly. The optimum combinations comprised 60cm×80cm spacing-row, seeding around April 27, with respects to increasing economic benefits of coix. Properly early seeding and sparse planting density could increase the yield and economic benefits significantly. Seed number per plant and 100-seed weight should be regarded as the most important indexes for yield improvement, followed by tiller number and seed setting rate.
