壳聚糖对互隔交链孢(Alternaria alternata)菌的离体抑制作用

摘要:

为了明确壳聚糖对互隔交链孢(Alternaria alternata)菌的抑制作用, 在离体条件下,研究了不同浓度壳聚糖对互隔交链孢孢子萌发、菌丝生长、菌丝形态的影响。结果表明:6.0mg/mL的壳聚糖可明显抑制Alternaria alternata孢子萌发,达79.54%;径向生长抑制率达85.89%。当壳聚糖浓度为3.0mg/mL时,菌丝开始变形,由原来的细长形变为念珠状,并有局部肿大现象。

Abstract:

The inhibition of chitosan on Alternaria alternata in vitro was initially investigated. Results showed that 6.0mg/mL chitosan inhibited spore germination of A. alternata by 79.54%; inhibited the radial growth by 85.89%. Chitosan of different concentrations induced morphological changes of the hyphae, and when the concentration reached to 3.0mg/mL, the hyphal morphology began to change. And the hyphae changed from long and thin to bead-like, and also partly swelled.
