吡虫啉等11种农药对枯草芽孢杆菌B36菌株可湿性粉剂防治番茄灰霉病效果的影响

Effects of Imidacloprid and other 10 Kinds of Pesticides on B36(Baciliius subtilis)WP to Control Tomato Hray Mould

摘要:

生物农药受环境影响较大已是学界的共识,这也是生物农药药效不稳定的主要原因。通过研究吡虫啉等11种番茄保护地常用农药对枯草芽孢杆菌B36菌株可湿性粉剂防治番茄灰霉病效果的影响,结果表明:1.8%阿维菌素乳油与B36可湿性粉剂混用可以明显提高B36可湿性粉剂防治番茄灰霉病的药效,其预防效果与治疗效果分别提高2.59个百分点与5.84个百分点。80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂与B36可湿性粉剂混用降低了B36可湿性粉剂防治番茄灰霉病的药效,其预防效果与治疗效果分别降低1.77个百分点与5.28个百分点。其余9种农药对枯草芽孢杆菌B36菌株可湿性粉剂防治番茄灰霉病存在一定影响,但均不显著。

Abstract:

Instability efficacy of Bio-pesticides influenced by the environment has been the consensus among scholars. This paper studied the effects of Imidacloprid and other 10 kinds of pesticides used commonly on B36(Bacillus Subtilis)WP against tomato gray mould. The results showed that 1.8% Avermectin EC mixed with the B36 WP can significantly increased the prevention and control efficacy of B36 WP against tomato gray mould at 2.59 percentage points and 5.84 percentage points, respectively. Mancozeb 80% WP mixed with the B36 WP decreased control efficacy at 1.77 percentage points and 5.82 percentage points, respectively. The other pesticides cannot affect significantly the efficacy of B36 WP against tomato gray mould.
