摘要：

【摘要】：农村问题是中国建设和发展的核心问题，而土地问题则是农村问题的关键所在。建立完善农地承包经营权依法、合理、有序的市场流转制度对实现我国农地规模经营,推动农村经济发展意义重大。因此,有必要对土地承包经营权流转过程中出现的问题予以反思,以期推动土地承包经营权流转制度的完善。

Abstract:

[abstract]: The countryside question is China constructs and the development core question, but the land question is the countryside question key is. the establishment consummation farmland contract right of management, reasonable, the order market circulation system to realizes our country farmland large-scale management legally, impels the rural economic development significance to be significant. Therefore, it is necessary the question which appears to the land contracting right of management circulation process to reconsider, by time impetus land contracting right of management circulation system's consummation
