双氰胺对马铃薯农田土壤全氮及Nmin含量的影响

Effects of Dicyandiamide on Total-N and Nmin Content in Potato Field

摘要:

通过田间试验,研究双氰胺(DCD)对块茎类蔬菜马铃薯各个生长时期农田土壤全氮含量、Nmin的影响。结果表明:加入双氰胺后,土壤中全氮含量均显著提高(p<0.05),说明双氰胺起到了抑制硝化的作用;与铵态氮肥相比,施用相同数量的硝态氮肥,土壤中Nmin的含量较大,这意味着马铃薯可能吸收较多的铵态氮,或在本试验田条件下,使用铵态氮肥的损失较大;由于硝态氮肥增产效果最好,而且铵态氮肥中添加双氰胺未引起马铃薯产量显著提高,所以施用硝态氮肥,土壤中Nmin的含量较高可能是铵态氮肥损失较大的原因所致,而非马铃薯吸收较多的铵态氮的缘故。

Abstract:

The field experiment studies the effects of Dicyandiamide on the of total-N and Nmin content in the soil of potato in each growth stage. The results showed that:After fertilizing different forms of nitrogenous fertilizer,the content of soil total-N were significantly increased than that of comparison group(P<0.05)in each growth period of potato, It makes the point that fertilizing any forms of nitrogenous can be propitious to nitrous cumulation in potato field soil. It proved that Dicyanamide may inhibit nitrogen transform into nitrate-N observably.By comparison with fertilizing ammonium-N,N-minimum numerical values of the group which fertilize nitrate-N was bigger.It means that potato has assimilated more ammonium-N or most ammonium has been lost under this condition; Because nitrate fertilize’ increase production effect is significantly and mixing dicyanamide into ammonium fertilize has not increase potato output,So N-minimum of field is more after fertilizing nitrate-N fertilize maybe cause by ammonium fertilize lost more and not by potato assimilate more ammonium-N.
