鲤鱼肠道细菌的分离纯化及其生理生化研究

Studies on Isolation of Bacteria from Intestine in Carp (Cyprinus Carpio) and Their Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics

摘要: 从鲤鱼肠道中分离纯化细菌,并进行生理生化特性、药敏试验研究。结果表明,CC-1和CC-2菌株都可产生苯丙氨酸脱氢酶,都可以利用葡萄糖产气,CC-1菌株能使赖氨酸脱羧酶和鸟氨酸脱羧酶使这两种氨基酸脱羧生成胺和二氧化碳,CC-2菌株则不能产生;CC-1、CC-2菌株对头孢菌素类、氨基苷类、大环内酯类、磺胺类等抗生素敏感,对氨苄青霉素、利福平、萘乙酸、头孢噻吩、先锋霉素等具有不同程度的抗性。该研究对治疗鱼类疾病以及合理开发利用鱼肠道微生物资源提供了参考。

Abstract: The bacteriawere isolated from Carp,the physiobiochemical characteristics and the antimicrobial susceptibility assay were carried out. CC-1 and CC-2 strains can produce phenylalanine dehydrogenate in the biological and chemical identification of bacteria and can produce gas production of glucose. CC-1 strain can produce the lysine decarboxylase and the ornithine amino acid decarboxylase, but CC-2 strain cannot. CC-1 and CC-2 strains were highly sensitive to cephalosporin, aminoglycoside, macrolide and sulfonamide antibiotic, but its had different levels of drug resistance to ampicillin,rifampicin,naphthaleneacetic acid,cephalothin and cephalosporin. This study may be provide a scientific reference in the treatment of fishes of disease and for reasonable development and utilization of Bacteria in Carp intestinal resources.
