摘要： 近年来农民收入和生活水平都有了很大的提高，但与城镇相比，仍然存在明显的差距，而且差距还在不断拉大。城乡差距的形成有历史和政策的原因。通过我国城乡收入差距的现状，从农业政策方面分析差距拉大的原因并提出缩小差距的措施。

关键词: 水稻, 水稻, SPAD, 光谱吸收率, 光谱变量, 叶绿素含量

Abstract: In recent years the farmers income and living standard has been raised greatly, but obvious gap still exists between urban and rural areas and it is also being enlarged. There are historical and policy reasons for the formation of the income gap. Through reviewing the present situation of the urban-rural incom gap, the writer tries to analyze the reasons for the enlargement of income gap from the view of agricultural policy and offers some countermeasures to narrow the gap.
