Detection and Identification methods of Microsporidia in Honeybees and Bumblebees

摘要:

微孢子虫是一类专性细胞内寄生的单细胞生物,是蜜蜂和熊蜂的主要寄生虫之一,对蜜蜂和熊蜂养殖危害较大。本文总结了感染蜜蜂及熊蜂的微孢子虫检测与鉴定方法,主要包括常规生物学方法、以PCR技术为基础的分子生物学方法和免疫学方法等。这些方法对蜜蜂及熊蜂微孢子虫的研究及防治发挥着重要的作用。

Abstract:

The microsporidia are obligate intracellular parasites that infect many animals including honeybees and bumblbees, and harm to the cultivation of honeybees and bumblebees. Here, we reviewed the different detection and identification methods of microsporidia in honeybees and bumblebees. These methods contained the conventional biological methods, the molecular biology methods which based on PCR technique, the immunological methods and so on. All of these methods play an important role in the research and prevention of microsporidia in honeybees and bumblebees.
