摘要:

[目的]本研究对北极狐瘦素基因结构 ,并通过PCR-SSCP方法寻找到影响北极狐生产性能的基因位点。[方法]数据利用SignalP 3.0 Server 、 ClustalX1.83、Mega4.0、Promoter predictions、TMHM2.0、 ProtComp-v6.0等生物学软件和SPSS13.0软件完成分析;[结果] 北极狐与狗的遗传距离是最近,OB基因它可能是一个分泌蛋白,具有一个信号肽的序列的可能性很大,AB基因型的个体的体重、腹围、皮张长与AA、BB型个体的体重、腹围、皮张长差异显著(P<0.01), AB基因型个体的体长比AA、BB型个体的体长差异趋于显著(P<0.3),AB型基因个体的针毛长与AA、BB型个体的针毛长差异有显著的影响趋势P<0.2 [结论]表明瘦素基因突变位点导致的基因型对体重、腹围、皮张长都有极显著的影响(P<0.01)。

Abstract:

[Objective] This study on the Arctic fox leptin gene structure, and through PCR-SSCP method to find the impact performance of arctic foxes loci. [Methods] Data used SignalP 3.0 Server, ClustalX1.83, Mega4.0, Promoter predictions, TMHM2.0, ProtComp-v6.0 software and SPSS13.0 software such as biology to complete the analysis; [Results] arctic fox and dog genetic the distance is the latest, OB gene it may be a secreted protein with a signal peptide sequence of a great possibility, AB genotype of the individual body weight, abdominal circumference, hides length and AA, BB-type individual's body weight, abdominal circumference, Long hides significant difference (P <0.01), AB genotype of the body length than the AA, BB-type of individual differences in body length tended to significantly (P <0.3), AB-type genes of individual hairs length and AA, BB-type individuals The long hairs were significantly impact the trend P <0.2 [Conclusion] showed that leptin gene mutations lead to the genotype of the body weight, abdominal circumference, hides long had a significant impact on most (P <0.01).
