威灵仙黑斑病的病原鉴定及防治药剂的离体活性筛选

Identification of Clematis chinensis Black Spot and Screening of Effective Fungicides

摘要: 为明确威灵仙黑斑病的致病菌并筛选出有效的防治药剂,采用形态特征及菌株的ITS序列分析方法进行病原菌鉴定,通过平皿菌丝生长抑制法测定杀菌活性,结果表明威灵仙黑斑病病原菌为Alternaria alternata (Fr.)Keissler;25%溴菌腈可湿性粉剂、72%霜疫力克可湿性粉剂、30%爱苗乳油、80%绿亨2号可湿性粉剂和10%世高水分散粒剂对菌丝抑制率均达90%以上。此研究结果可为该病害的有效控制提供前期研究基础。

Abstract: Clematis chinensis black spot severely occurred in Jingxi, Guangxi. An pathogen was isolated from diseased lesions on the leaves of Clematis chinensis ,and its pathogenicity to Clematis chinensis confirmed by inoculation tests. The pathogen was identified as Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissler based on its morphological characteristics and ITS sequence. Screening tests of the fungicides indicated that 25% bromothalonil WP, 72% Mancozeb+cymoxanil WP, 30% Armure EC, 80% thiram+Zinc bis dimethyldithiocarbamate WP, 10% difenoconazole WDG all showed good inhibition against mycelial growth, with inhibition rate greater than 90%. This is the first record of Clematis chinensis black spot caused by A. ahernata in Guangxi.
