Abstract:

Agriculture is the basis of national economy development，and agriculture listed companies is the leader of agricultural industrialization,so is of great significance to improve agriculture listed companies performance.This paper focuses on moving average of 27 agricultural companies’ 2007,2008 and 2009 financial datas,then make performance evaluation of the results with factor analysis,concluded that,the scales of current agricultural listed companies are small,their performance distribution is "small bipolar,big centre" olive distribution,the development of the industry sub-sectors are uneven.At last proposed some policy recommendations to improve the performance of agricultural listed companies.
