湖南不同生态区烤烟主要化学成分比较

Comparison on Main Chemical Components of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves Grown in Different Ecological Areas of Hunan Province

摘要:

采集了湖南省3个生态区宁乡县、宁远县、桑植县的B2F、C3F、X2F三个等级烤烟样本54个,测定了烟叶总糖、还原糖、烟碱、总氮、钾、氯含量,比较了其生态区域差异。结果表明:总糖和还原糖含量表现为宁远县>宁乡县>桑植县,总植物碱含量表现为桑植县>宁乡县>宁远县,总氮含量表现为桑植县>宁远县>宁乡县,氯含量表现为宁远县>宁乡县>桑植县,钾含量表现为宁乡县>宁远县>桑植县;总糖、还原糖、总植物碱、氯、钾含量生态区间差异显著,主要表现为湘南烟区与湘西北烟区差异大,湘中烟区与湘南烟区化学成分较接近。

Abstract:

The difference of chemical components of flue-tobacco leaf were studies by detecting total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chlorine of 54 samples with 3 grades(B2F,C3F,X2F) from the typical tobacco-growing counties(Ningxiang,Ningyuan,Sangzhi) of Hunan Province. The results showed that: (1)The average concentration of total sugar, reducing sugar and chlorine in different counties was as follows Ningyuan>Ningxiang>Sangzhi; the total nicotine was as follows Sangzhi >Ningxiang>Ningyuan; the total nitrogen was as follows Sangzhi> Ningyuan>Ningxiang; the potassium was as follows Ningxiang>Ningyuan>Sangzhi.(2) The concentration difference of total sugar, reducing sugar, total nicotine, chlorine and potassium in different ecological areas were significant; the difference of chemical components of flue-tobacco leaf of Xiangnan and Xiangxibei was bigger than the difference of Xiangnan and Xiangzhong.
