滇牡丹及其天然杂交种种子快速萌发的研究

摘要:

为得出一套有利于杂种牡丹快速萌发的方法,为育种提供技术支持。本试验研究在穴盘栽培条件下,不同基质层积对于滇牡丹生根的影响及赤霉素(GA)与低温处理对杂种种子萌芽和幼苗生长的效果。结果表明:草炭层积有利于提高生根率与生根质量;400 mg/L赤霉素浸泡2 h后,可以加快种子出苗的速度、提高出苗率。

Abstract:

This study investigated under the conditions of the plug, with different matrix for peony root, gibberellin (GA) and low temperature on the promotion of seed germination and seedling growth .The results showed that: peat layer improved the quality of rooting rate and rooting; the speed of seed germination can be accelerated by treating with 400 mg/L GA for 2 h , it can accelerate the speed of seed germination rate of emergence, which reached a favorable way for hybrid peony rapid germination, to provide technical support to distant breeding.
