不同炉栅面积对密集烤房性能和烟叶烘烤质量的影响

摘要:

通过对火炉炉栅面积(燃烧面积)做不同处理A:0.585 m2(0.86 m×0.68 m)、B:0.482 m2(0.86 m×0.56 m)、C:0.385m2(0.74 m×0.52 m),比较3种炉栅面积对密集烤房性能和烟叶烘烤质量的影响。结果表明:(1)3种炉栅面积的火炉对密集烤房平面和垂直温差的影响无明显差异,其平面、垂直温差都在3℃内。(2)C处理炉栅面积的密集烤房设定和实测温度在定色期出现8.9℃的差异,而A和B处理炉栅面积的烤房设定和实测温度差异在3℃以内。(3)A和B处理的炉栅面积对烟叶烘烤质量与烘烤成本无显著的差异,但是C处理造成烘烤烟叶质量下降和烘烤成本增高等不利的影响。

Abstract:

In order to research different of grate area on tobacco quality and performance of bulk curing barn, comparative tests were conducted about different grate area, which grate area was respectively A: 0.585 m2(0.86 m×0.68 m, B: 0.482 m2 (0.86 m×0.56 m) and C: 0.385 m2 (0.74 m×0.52 m). It showed :(1) There was on obvious difference between the level and vertical temperature difference which was within 3℃. (2) There was great 8.9℃ temperature difference the setting and measured value in color stage with C treatment, but A and B treatment temperature difference of setting and measured was within 3℃. (3) A and B treatment had no significant differences in the quality of cured tobacco and curing cost, but it was adverse effect of C treatment.
