摘要:

猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起,严重危害全世界养猪业。PRRSV与宿主细胞的相互作用、致病机理、其基因组、蛋白质对致病性的影响等仍是未解之谜。反向遗传学技术为进一步研究PRRSV提供了技术支撑。本文从病毒拯救、疫苗研制、分子病原学诊断等方面综述了反向遗传学在PRRS研究中的应用。

Abstract:

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS), caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), is considered one of the most important contagious diseases in swine industry today and responsible for significant economic losses worldwide. Reverse genetics manipulation has been used extensively in variety of fields of life science for several decades, which supports us a powerful method to explore organisms. This paper mainly summarized the application and perspective of reverse genetics manipulation in the research of PRRS, including virus rescue, vaccines development, molecular etiology diagnosis and so on.
