Abstract: Rhizoctonia Cerealis Varder Hoeven was cultured on different media ，the results showed that PDA+VB1，PDA + leaves， V8 medium and tomato medium were better than others on growth rate and pathogenicity of Rhizoctonia Cerealis Varder Hoeven .So, the four kinds of media could be used in rejuvenation and preserving Rhizoctonia Cerealis Varder Hoeven in lab.
