Abstract: This paper investigated the diseases and pests trend of high quality wheat in Shaanxi province, and studied the comprehensive control scheme. From the investigation, we confirmed the main controlled objects including Puccinia striiformis West, Blumeria graminis (DC.)Speer.f.sp.trtici Marshal, Fusarrium head blight Scab, wheat aphid，wheat spider, and Schizaphis graminum(Rondani)，Sitobion avenae (Fabricius)，Rhopalosiphum padi(Linnaeus)，Petrobia lateens(Müller)，Penthaleus major (Duges)，Silodiplosis mosellana Gehin. And then, we proposed a comprehensive control system basing on the agricultural control, emphasizing the medicament control, and including reasonable varieties distribution and biology control. The practice has proved that this system can greatly improve the production and quality of high quality wheat in Shaanxi province.
