Abstract: The fertilizer experiments of bamboo. The result indicated that: ⑴The fertilizer quantity return to equation was that y=5.5790X1-5.5723X2+10.1905X3-0.01517X12+0.06283X1X2-0.05169X22 -0.04865X1X3+0.0626X32+1175.5667,⑵The application of N，P and K could significantly increase the yield of bamboo shoot, primary and secondary order. N>P>K; ⑶The best Matching was N3P2K3 ⑷The application of N, P and K could significantly increase the content of N, P and K of bamboo shoot。⑸The application of N，P and K could significantly increase the protein of bamboo shoot.
