Abstract: “Teyou 627”，a medium intra-specific hybrid rice crossed of sterile line “LongtepuA and restory line “Yahui627” derived from the cross of Indica and Java .it have good performance in yielding ,stable in yield , good adaptability and have passed exam under approve by National and Fujian Crop Variety Approval Committees in 2005. This paper also analyzed the relation of yield component factors and yield, put forward the main planting techniques and measures in high-yield cultivation. 2005 to 2007 in FuAn City, Fujian Province, the practice of seed production, summed up the high-yielding seed production techniques.
