Abstract:

Abstract Using multiple linear regression analysis method, this paper surveyed some representative farmers from peri-urban areas, mid-urban areas, and outer suburbs of Beijing, and positively studied the main features and influence factors of farmland circulation. The research showed that the rural collective organizations played significant role during the farmland circulation, that the relationship of farmland circulation rate to non-agriculture employment rate, the per capita arable land, and other factors was obvious Then some measures were put forward such as bettering rural land property rights system,, further exerting the role of the rural collective organizations, improving non-agriculture employment rate, improving agriculture comparative revenue.
