Abstract:

The axillary buds,as the explants ,were studied on plant growth regulator type and concentration for Trachelospermum asiaticum ‘Ougonnishiki’ multiplication and rooting of tissue culture,to establish tissue culture seedling’s propagation technology system. The results showed that: Trachelospermum asiaticum ‘Ougonnishiki’ suitable medium for multiplication is MS+ BA 3.0 mg ? L-1+NAA 0.05 mg?L-1,multiplication coefficient is 7.63; suitable rooting medium for rooting is 1/2MS+IBA 0.05mg?L-1 ,rooting rate is up to 95％，root number 5.2 ,root length 4.4 cm..To use‘plastic cup per plant transplanting technology one step’, transplant survival rate is 97%.
