Previous studies confirmed that Smad2 mRNA expressed in the rat and mouse uterus during implantation period. The present study examined Smad2 protein expression and localization in sheep endometrial and trophoblast during the early post-implantation period by the method of immunohistochemistry. Results showed that Smad2 protein was predominantly present in the luminal epithelial, glandular epithelium, and trophoblast. These results suggest that Smad2 expressed in the uterus and trophoblast, might be involved in the regulation of the development of endometrial and trophoblast.

  Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Cytochrome P450 CYP6AE25 Gene from Ostrinia furnacalis Yuan Hui1, Zhang Yuliang2, Yang Fengshan3, Zhang Yitong3 2010, 26 (12):  5-12.  Abstract + ( 1511 )   PDF ( 1324097KB )   ( 1273 ) Abstract:Insect cytochrome P450 is a kind of gene family that plays important roles in biological metabolism and performs many important physiological functions, including the plant secondary metabolism and insect resistance to insecticides. In this study, total RNA sample of five instar Ostrinia furnacalis larvae midgud was used as template, a pair of degenerate primers were designed based on the reported sequences of conservative amino acid regions of P450 protein family in insects. The cDNA encoding the cytochrome P450 protein was isolated from the five instar Ostrinia furnacalis larva midgut by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and RACE technology.The complete cDNA fragment was cloned into vector pMD19-T. Sequnence analysis showed that the full-length of Ostrinia furnacalis P450 (GenBank accession no. EU807990) was 2315 bp, encoding 523 amino acid residues. The sequence of OfP450 is named as CYP6AE25 by the International P450 Nomenclature Committee. The research made a more detailed analysis and forecast for CYP6AE25 from the aspects of physical and chemical properties, composition, signal peptide, transmembrane domain, secondary structure, tertiary structure and functional structure domain.It provides a theoretical basis to study between the relationship structure and function. Molecular evolutionary tree analysis revealed that CYP6AE25 protein and other insect family P450 have higher homology, compared with the other CYP family, farther genetic distance, less homologous.

In this paper,immobilization of Bacillus megaterium,Bacillus mucilaginosus and Azotobocter chroococcum by entrapping agents was studied,in order to find the optimal material and the technique for the immobilization of the three bacterium, two formula invoved four materials was designed to test the survival and release rate of the three bacteriums ,therefore the possibility of immobilization of the three bacteriums used for microbiological fertilizer could be further discussed. Experiment result showed that the characteristics of the immobilization cells of the two formula was quite different. For the immobilization capacity of the three bacteriums, the better material was 3% sodium aginate +1% flyash +0.5% soluble starch, For the purity of the three bacteriums, 3% sodium aginate +1% flyash +0.5% soluble starch was better. miscllaneous bacterium tend to grow more in the formula of 3% sodium aginate +1.5% flyash +0.3% soluble starch +0.3% gelatin than the formula of 3% sodium aginate +1% flyash +0.5% soluble starch.and for the survial of Bacillus sp.,both formula was better than the formula of sodium aginate.

  Screening Random Primers for RAPD analysis in Cauliflower Cultivars Chen Yang1, Zhou Xianzhi1, Chen Sheng1, Wu Yufen1, Zhao Yijie2 2010, 26 (12):  22-25.  Abstract + ( 1387 )   PDF ( 1050793KB )   ( 1089 ) 【OBJECTIVE】To elucidate the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationships of 37 cauliflower cultivars, provide a theoretical basis for cauliflower breeding, 80 random primers were carried out a preliminary screening with 7 among the cauliflower cultivars as amplification template. 【RESULTS】Among which 48 primers gave polymorphism, 25 primers gave monomorphic and 7 primers without amplified bands within the varieties. 【CONCLUSION】Stable, clear and polymorphic bands could be obtained with primers S11, S15, S16, S17, S18 and S65, the percentage of polymorphic bands ranging from 16.7% to 75.0%, and these primers appear to be useful for genetic diversity studies in cauliflower cultivars.

The results indicated that Trizol method could be used for extracting ideal RNA from buds and leaves of pepper while double-stranded cDNA could be synthesized from total RNA by SMART method. Double-stranded cDNA was digested completely after 3h digestion by Taq I and Ase I step by step. The reducible result was obtained when the ligation products diluted to 15 times as templates for pre-amplification and 15 times-diluted pre-amplification products for selective amplification. The cDNA-AFLP analysis system was established successfully, which provided platform for further molecular study and gene cloning of Capsicum annuum.

The results showed that in each stage of the two flax varieties, contents of CAT, POD, soluble protein, nucleic acid and soluble sugar in embryogenic callus were all higher than those in non-embryogenic callus, furthermore changes in contents and components of above matters were related to the embryogenic maintenance and the vigorous segmentation and differentiation of cell; While the content of SOD was high in aseptic seedlings and adventitious buds, but lowest in initial callus, which was closely related to the antioxidant capacity of SOD.

In addition, PCR primers were designed respectively in the exogenous MAC gene promoter and the DFR gene, construct–specific qualitative PCR detection was carried out. The detection sensitivity reached 0.50%. The establishment of this method provides preliminary data for the transgenic carnation import detection, domestic supervision and environmental safety assessment..

  Effect of nitric oxide on postharvest physiology and quality of Agaricus bisporus Zhang Shaoying 2010, 26 (12):  40-44.  Abstract + ( 1351 )   PDF ( 704046KB )   ( 1132 ) Using sodium nitroprusside (SNP) as a nitric oxide (NO) donor, the effects of different concentrations of nitric oxide treatment on physiological index of post-harvest Agaricus bisporus ‘F56’ ,at room temperature (25 ± 1 ℃) and low temperature (4 ± 1 ℃), including weight loss, line rate,total soluble solid shape structures, vitamin C(Vc), free amino acid content ,and activities of relevant enzymes from Agaricus visporus, including catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) , were investigated. The result showed NO resulting from 0.09mmol/L SNP aqueous solution obviously inhibited weight loss, line rate, the increase of soluble solid shape structures, free amino acid content and delayed the decrease of vitamin C. The activities of CAT and POD obviously increased, and the activity of PPO decreased during storage for Agaricus visporus treated with 0.09 mmol/LSNP.Consequently, 0.09 mmol/L SNP treatment can significantly increase the activities of CAT and POD, inhibit the activity of PPO of Agaricus bisporus ‘F56’at room temperature and low temperature,and slow the decline in sporophore quality.

The results showed that as blue value increased and transparency decreased, the palatability grade of cooked rice became more hiher; the blue value and transparency of two Japanese varieties with best palatability grade is much larger or much smaller than those of 5 China rice varieties; there were significant positive and negative correlations between the taste value and blue value or transparency respectively, the water absorption ratio, swelling ratio and elongation rate were not significant with taste evaluation index.

The exhausted time in swimming, hypoxic tolerance, serum urea nitrogen, blood lactic acid and hepatic glycogen were examined. Results: the treatment groups prolonged the exhausted time in swimming, significantly lowered mice blood lactic acid and elevates mice hepatic glycogen. The study indicated soybean lecithin has anti-fatigue function.

Our study provides a theoretical basis for improvement of NDF content and cultivating low-fiber and high-quality varieties of corn silage. The results showed, there is a negative correlation between the stalk NDF content and SS activity. All of these are consistent with the hypothesis about SS as a key enzyme in the synthesis of cellulose, just because it provides the substrate for synthesis of cellulose, through decomposing sucrose into UDPG.

  Effect of pH on the Adsorption of Pb2+ and Mn2+ on Humic Acids from Three Different Sources Chen Ying1, Zhang Manli1, Guan Lianzhu2, Yan Li2 2010, 26 (12):  67-69.  Abstract + ( 1412 )   PDF ( 537877KB )   ( 1283 ) The humic acids were extracted from peat, lignite and weathering coal, respectively, to study the effect of pH on the adsorption of Pb2+ and Mn2+ on them. The adsorption percentage was used reflect the characteristics of reaction between the two metal irons and three types of humic acids at pH 3.5-7.5. The results showed that the adsorption of both metal irons on three types of humic acids was affected by pH significantly. The lowest adsorption percentage of Pb2+ and Mn2+ was found at pH 3.5. The adsorption percent of both two metal irons on three types of humic acids increased with the increase of pH value, whereas, when pH value was larger than 5.5, the change of adsorption percent of two metal irons became insignificant. The effect of pH on the adsorption percentage of Mn2+ was much more significant than that on Pb2+, for example, the adsorption percentage of Mn2+ increased 2.5 fold from 24% at pH 3.5 to 83% at pH 5.5, while the one of Pb2+ increased by 25% from pH 3.5 to 4.5. Comparing with the control, the content of Pb2+ (pH3.5-5.5) and Mn2+ (pH4.5-6.5) in the solution increased with humic acids addition. The results suggested that the availability of two metal irons for plant was reduced in that condition.

  Toxic Effect of Cu and Pb to Brassica rapa L seedling and Scanning Electron micropic Observation on Nether Epidermis of Leaves Qiao Lin1,2, Fu Zhaolin2 2010, 26 (12):  70-72.  Abstract + ( 1476 )   PDF ( 857509KB )   ( 1060 ) Morphological indexes and physiological indexes of seedling with stresses of different concentration of Cu or Pb were studied and nether epidermis of seedling leaves was observed with sacning electron microscope（SEM）with the materials of Brassica rapa L。The results showed that with the increasing of concentration of Cu and Pb, the toxic symptom of Brassica rapa L seedling was gradually stronger: the fresh weight, and the chlorophyⅡ content of Brassica rapa L cabbage show downward trend; and the antioxidative enzyme activities such as catalase, peroxidase were significant stimulated by Cu and Pb; meanwhile, sacning electron microscope observation indicated that Pb aslo imposed injury action on ultrastruction of leaf cells.

Therefore based on the present research of forestry healthcare resources internationally and domestically, this article advises to establish the definition and connotation of forest healthcare resources and mainly reviewed the present progress of negative air ions and plant volatiles. Special emphasis is given to the affecting factors, healthcare effect of negative air ions and the exaction technique, antibacterial activity and healthcare effect of plant volatiles. The main problems in the past work and the direction for the future research were also discussed．

  The Species Diversity and Stability of Tsuga tchekiangensis Community in Mang Mountain Nature Reserve Chen Jing 2010, 26 (12):  81-85.  Abstract + ( 1267 )   PDF ( 550635KB )   ( 956 ) [Objective]In the paper the study aimed to study the species diversity and stability of Tsuga tchekiangensis communities in Mang Mountain nature reserve.[Method]A set of data total 30 plots were used.[Results]The results showed that:(1)The differences of the richness indices,diversity indices and evenness indices among different communities were great,the diversity indices and richness indices of the plant communities were obviously affected by the type and structure of the communities,the more complicated of the structure,the bigger of the diversity indices and richness indices and the smaller evenness indices included;(2)There was a greater variation in species diversity among different life form,however,it was found that this variation was not always statistically significant;(3)The results of community stability calculated by improved M.Godron method were very low,furthermore,there is not a clear relation between the stability and the communities,this showed that the five types communities were all in the process of succession in various degree.[Conclusion]This study is important to protect Tsuga tchekiangensis community in Mang Mountain nature reserve.

Based on these, we may calculate synthesized score of different forest plot according to the contributed rate of each principal component. And healthy status of different forest plot is ranked in accordance with the level of scores. The article may give some useful measures for forest health and describes that the principal component analysis is feasible and practical in the forest health evaluation.

The results showed that：1) Leaf indexes of different clones of Populus tomentosa have significant differences and regression equation in different clones are not the same，leaf area should be calculated according to clones; 2) Leaf area at different growth stages is different in regression equation and the regression equation at different growth stages should be determined. 3) the correlationship of leaf area and product of leaf length and leaf width is the most significant among one-factor linear regression equations, which is only suitable for the measurement of functional leaves; and in the power function regression equations,the correlationship of leaf area and leaf width is significant and there are no restrictions on leaf size.Power function regression equation of clone-50 of Populus tomentosa is LA=1.0014×W1.8295，power function regression equation of clone-83 of Populus tomentosa is LA=0.863×W1.832，power function regression equation of clone-30 of Populus tomentosa is LA=0.554×W2.051，power function regression equation of clone-B331 of Populus tomentosa is LA=1.639×W1.600.Therefore,leaf area can be estimated by measuring leaf width of four clones of Populus tomentosa,using their power function regression equations.

Ke mian No.6 was used to investigate effects of different plant density on the growth and yield of cotton plug seedling. The results showed that the treatment of 30000 plant per hectare had the most boll-setting number, 90.3 millions per hectare and the highest yield, which was 4300.5 kg per hectare. In the way of vegetative development, the bigger planting density, the higher plant height. But the plant height of 36000 plant per hectare was too high, so it should be controlled. The number of main-stem leaves was more under lower density (18000 plant per hectare), fewer under higher density (36000 plant per hectare). However, under the higher density, LAI was more feasible (3.75), leaf orientation was bigger (62.3). In the way of reproductive growth, the number of cotton buds on one plant among different density treatments had no significant difference. The number of bolls on one plant under lower density was more. However, the number of cotton buds and bolls per hectare was highest under the condition of 30000 plant per hectare. Though further analysis population quality index showed that the number of fruit-nodes, the rate of boll setting, effective leaf area index, boll / leaf were most feasible.

  Breeding Advance of Common Maize Hybrid Grain Yield and Its Relative Traits after Chongqing Municipality Huo Shiping, Zhang Xingduan, Xiang Zhenfan, Zhang Jian, Yan Qingjiu, Yu Zhijiang 2010, 26 (12):  109-113.  Abstract + ( 1233 )   PDF ( 502898KB )   ( 981 ) Abstract: (OBJECTIVE)The writer analyzed breeding advance of common maize hybrid grain yield and its relative traits after Chongqing City managed by Centre directly,and understanded the main development tendency for maize cross breeding; (METHOD)We applied the collected data about corn region test of Chongqing City in 1997~2009,and analyzed the genetc gain of common maize hybrid grain yield and its relative traits using “district test check method”; (RESULTS)The results showed that maize cross breeding of Chongqing City had achieved significant advance since it has been managed by Centre directly, hybrid grain yield of level ground and hills had averagely raised 2.83% per year, and hybrid grain yield of mountain region had averagely raised 2.01% per year, comparing with the grain yield level of check varieties at initial stage after Chongqing City managed by Centre directly,at which the grain yield level of check varieties was continuously increased. In the traits of relation with grain yield, it was high significant for the genetic improvement effect of rows per ear and weight of 100 grains to the varieties of level ground and hills,and it was high significant for the genetic improvement effect of ear length, rows per ear and grains per row to the varieties of mountain region; (CONCLUSION) In present and a particular period from now on, the tactics of common maize cross breeding should be mainly attacked grains per row and weight of 100 grains with stabilizing bear period and plant height, appropriated increasing ear length and rows per ear in Chongqing City. SW3243 was high resistance to stripe rust race CYR29 and CYR30, and did not suppress the performance of resistant genes when crossed with other resistant materials. SW3243 contained characteristics of dwarf, more spikelets, large spike, high yield potential and early maturity even in late planting. Lots of new lines had been developed from SW3243 in Sichuan, among them 42 derived lines were attended province and national yield trial respectively, and 7 varieties were released in Sichuan province and 3 were released in national level. The plant area of SW3243 and its derived varieties were totally extended to 4.33 million hectare in Sichuan.

The results showed that the Ningmai 16 was a high and stable yield, wide adaptability wheat variety, and its average yield was 5.92%~4.62% higher than that of the check wheat variety Yangmai 158, with more tillers and kernels, better quality and resistance to head scab and spindle streak mosaic virus. It was suitable for large-scale cultivation in the mid-lower reach of the Yangtze River.

Accelerating the initiate effect of the germination and the viability of seeds, provding the scientific proof to the Production Planning for Echinochloa crusgalli.【METHOD】Echinochloa crusgalli seeds were pretreated with various concentration of PEG6000(15%,20%,25%,30%) for different durations (24h、60h、100h ) to investigate their effects on germination(G), rapidity of germination(RG), relative electric conductivity (REC) and proline content (Pro C).【RESULTS】the adequate concentration of PEG6000 and the appropriate pretreating time could accelerate the germination of Echinochloa crusgalli seeds in varying degrees. The effects were characterized by the improvement of G, increased RG, descended REC. while the Echinochloa crusgalli seeds were pretreated by 25% PEG6000 for 24h, the Pro content could achieve 633.31 ug/mg, which is 3.56 times of that of CK. This indicates significant difference between them (P＜0.01).【CONCLUSION】PEG6000 osmotic treatment could improve G,RG and integrity of cell membrane system. The optimal conditions to initiate the germination of Echinochloa crusgalli seeds were as follows: 25% PEG osmotic treatment and 24h duration.

The results showed that the callus induction rate of leaf was the highest in all tested culture media and explants, and among callus induction of floral organogenesis, peduncle was the best, followed by receptacle and ovary, and that of bracteolate was the lowest.Browning of callus can be effectively decreased with shorting explants disinfection time, keeping away from light, addition with active carbon.

The results showed that the low-temperature tolerance in synthetics of Triticum dicoccum / Aegilops tauschii wheats was higher than that of Triticum durum / Aegilops tauschii. The germplasm with low-temperature tolerance could be used for wheat breeding.

The result showed that Groune-cover chrysanthemum could tolerate low salt-stress (?100mmol/LNaCl). The plasma membrane permeability, malondialdehyde(MDA) content increased along with the concentration of NaCl increasing. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), guaiacol peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) increased at first and then decreased along with NaCl concentration increasing. Soluble sugar content increased under high NaCl concentration. The proline content did not change significantly. Based on the results above we concluded that Groune-cover chrysanthemum show high adaptability to salt stress.

Results were showed as following. The capsicum seedlings developed in F1 had the highest leaf expandedness, plant height leaf number and fresh and dry weight of whole seedling plant, leaf and stem in all seedling development stages. Plant height, stem diameter, fresh and dry weight of whole plant, fresh weight of root, stem and leaf, of the capsicum seedling in F2 was higher than those of the seedlings in F3 and CK. Data of strong seedling index, root/shoot ratio and growth function also indicated that F1 and F2 was more promising in raising strong capsicum seedlings, compared to CK. The capsicum seedlings raised in F1 and F2 had higher chlorophyll content in early stage, while those in F3 had higher chlorophyll content in late stage. In early and middle stage, root length, surface area, diameter and volume of capsicum seedlings raised in F2 were higher than those in F1 and F3. Over-rated nitrogen addition decreased the survival rate of capsicum seedlings. Based on this study, we can conclude that: Fresh vermicompost mixed with vermiculite (4:1, v:v) and suitable amount of nitrogen fertilizer (urea) could be used as substrate in nursery bed to raise capsicum seedlings and its promotive effect on seedling growth was better than the commercial substrate which is usually made from chicken feces and peat.. The optimum amount of urea added to vermicompost substrate for capsicum seedling development was 0.5-1.0 kg/ m3.

The results indicated Scindapsus Aureum net photosynthetic rate of the sunny was significantly higher than that of the cloudy throughout the day, and the sunny increased continuously to a peak on 10:45 in the morning and on 17:15 for the day in the lowest, while the cloudy was low in the morning, around 10:45 the lowest value and 12:45 the highest value for the day. Changes of concentration of internal leaf CO2 on different weather conditions showed a similar trend, but the cloudy was general higher than that of the sunny from 8:15 to 13:15, on the contrary, the sunny was higher than that of the cloudy from 13:15 to 17:15. Stomatal conductance and transpiration rate diurnal variation under different weather conditions showed significantly different, and under the sunny stomatal conductance diurnal variation emerged two pinnacles, transpiration rate diurnal variation showed three pinnacles, respectively, while that of the cloudy did not show the peak changes.

The number of average clusters remained was 207.7 per tree and 85.3 fruits were eventually left after thinning. The yield of 26.4kg/tree was obtained at harvest, which attained the requirement of higher yield according to the current standard for young pear plantings. Simultaneously, 47.1% bearing shoots formed, which could absolutely meet the bearing need for next year. By applying the present pruning severity, the shoot regenerating rate reached 61.4% and the proportion of shoots to a fruit became 4.1:1. Winter pruning could alter the composition of different types of shoots. For example, the percentage of long-shoots, medium-shoots and spurs was 24.8%, 14.9% and 59.9%, respectively, prior to pruning treatment, but the rate changed to 15.7%, 18.2% and 66.2%, respectively, after winter pruning by removing 61.6% long-shoots, 16.0% medium-shoots and 33.0% spurs. However, after a growing season, the percentage was restored to 25.0%, 13.8% and 60.7%, respectively, which was almost the same as that one year ago before winter pruning. By means of this pruning method, the total shoot amounts of two years before winter pruning were approximately the same, indicating that the pruning severity was appropriate for sake of the relative balance between growing and bearing of young pear trees.

Trapping rate has significant positive correlation with daily mean temperature, daily maximum temperature and daily minimum temperature. The higher the temperature the higher the trapping rate.However, the trapping rate has negative correlation with the days after hanging yellow glue board. The trapping rate of citrus psylla with yellow glue board is lower, and can not be used as control tool. Using average daily sunshine hours x1, average daily temperatures x2, average daily maximum temperature x3, average daily minimum temperature x4, average daily rainfall x5, daily rainfall days x6, hoisted yellow plate number of days x7 as independent variables, and the trapping rate of arcsine square root of the substitution value dependent variable. Employing stepwise regression analysis to establish mathematical model: Trapping rate y=-20.5213+10.6752x2-3.4696x3-4.9768x4-0.1259x5-0.3897x7, R=0.7851××. Whether it can be used as a monitoring tool for field populations still need to be further studied.

The results showed the carbon-nitrogen source and pH value were different between the mutants and the parent strains. The mutants and parent strains grew fastest respectively when carbon-nitrogen source and pH value were lactose, non-nitrogen, 6-7 and lactose, peptone and 5. Both grew similar in different temperatures. On the same osmotic stress (dextrose concentration), the mutants had more sensitive to osmotic stress than parent strains. The parent strains and mutants respectively were sensitive to low (1%) and high (> 4%) osmotic stress. Relative conductivity of the mutants was always higher than that of parent strains in same treat time. Relative conductivity of both rose with extension of treat time. Respectively treated with hunger and procymidone in different concentrations, the activity of PAL (phenlalanine ammona-lyase) of both increased, but the mutant had higher PAL activity than its present strain. It indicated that resistance of the mutants was related to its osmotic regulation, electrolyte leakage and correlate enzyme activity.

Thereinto, Yuxi, Chuxiong，Qujing，Wenshan，Kunming，Dali，Honghe，Lijiang and Zhaotong were one type. The sunlight, temperature and rainfall condition of this region were suitable for high quality flue-cured tobacco growth. Pu'er, Baoshan, Xishuangbanna, Dehong, Lincang were one type. The more rain water and enough sunlight and heat resources of this region were suitable for the characteristic quality flue-cured tobacco growth. Nujiang was one type. The more obvious edge information the stronger the noise will be. In this paper, the high-pass filter and statistical filter are used to build a multi-filter, processing the IKONOS image. Compared with the different processing results of IKONOS images by three different high-pass filters windows, we can choose the best window that make the IKONOS images boundary feature outstanding and reduce the region fuzzy degree. The approximately contour of target scalar can be distinguished. Based on this we processed the IKONOS images by statistical filtering. The images noises decrease significantly and gray distribution more lumped and smoothing. We can find the result which is processed by statistical filtering is better than the result which is only processed by high-pass filtering after the edge detection. The result shows that noise in the filtered image significantly was decreased and the SNR markedly improved. The images processed by statistical filtering could improve the accuracy of detection. It indicates that automatic extract vector information is feasible high-resolution remote sensing images. And it offers dependable information to edge detection thin and track process.

Latitude has a bigger influence to maize vegetative growth than to reproductive growth. Maize whole growth periods, vegetative growth time and reproductive growth time all has a positive linear relationship to latitude. The regression coefficients are similar in the same year and have great difference in different year.

The result of the response surface showed that with the increasing of temperature and methanol concentration ,the extraction efficiency of arecanut polyphenol increased at first but decreased later,with the increasing of temperature and ratio of material to liquid the extraction efficiency of arecanut polyphenol increased gradually, while with the increasing of methanol concentration and ratio of material to liquid the extraction efficiency of arecanut polyphenol increased at first but decreased later as well but the interraction of both was not significant. The main factor which effects the extraction efficiency of arecanut polyphenol is temperature then is the ratio of material to liquid and methanol concentration. The optimum process parameters for extracting the polyphenol of arecanut were obtained as: temperature 65.7℃, methanol concentration 62%, ratio of material to liquid 1:23.5g/mL. At this time the extraction efficiency of arecanut polyphenol was 11.23mg/g

The composition of relative length of chromosome is 4L+18M2+12M1+2S .The two diploid mainly consists of metacentric and submetacentric chromosomes. The results showed that antibiotics, such as rifampicin, gentamicin, tetracycline hydrochloride and kanamycin strongly inhibited the bacterium, with the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 0.37μg/mL, 3.75μg/mL, 3.75μg/mL, and 3.75μg/mL, respectively. Sreptomycin, erythromycin and ampicillin were in exception, with MICs were 7.50μg/mL, 15.00μg/mL and 18.75μg/mL, respectively. Among copper-based bactericides tested, thiodiazole-copper had the strong toxicity to the bacterium, with the MIC of 61.90μg/mL. In addition, fenaminosulf has a good antibacterial effect with the MIC of 8.57μg/mL. The bactericides with good antibacterial have potentiality to be used for future control of Xanthomonas campestris pv. mangiferae-indicae in field.

The planning suggested that it should adopt the point-axis development model and establish agricultural development pattern of “three zones three centres and one core”, that was to establish three major local characteristical agricultural zones, three agricultural economic sub-centres and an agricultural logistics and service center, and to form two west-east and two north-south agricultural economic corridors. The planning also pointed out that the Yangdong County should do a good job focusing on its mountain and water landscape utilization in the orientation of agricultural development. It should take the ideas of industrial development of “aquatic products, fruits, rice, vegetable, animal husbandry, forestry, products processing , tourism, logistics” and formed a comprehensive developing industrial structure in the above industries.
