Abstract:
Abstract: In this experiment, the materials were Scindapsus Aureum. The effect of different weather conditions that were sunny and cloudy conditions on net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ), concentration of internal leaf CO2 ( Ci ), stomatal conductance ( Gs ) and transpiration rate ( Tr ) were studied. The results indicated Scindapsus Aureum net photosynthetic rate of the sunny was significantly higher than that of the cloudy throughout the day, and the sunny increased continuously to a peak on 10:45 in the morning and on 17:15 for the day in the lowest, while the cloudy was low in the morning, around 10:45 the lowest value and 12:45 the highest value for the day. Changes of concentration of internal leaf CO2 on different weather conditions showed a similar trend, but the cloudy was general higher than that of the sunny from 8:15 to 13:15, on the contrary, the sunny was higher than that of the cloudy from 13:15 to 17:15. Stomatal conductance and transpiration rate diurnal variation under different weather conditions showed significantly different, and under the sunny stomatal conductance diurnal variation emerged two pinnacles, transpiration rate diurnal variation showed three pinnacles, respectively, while that of the cloudy did not show the peak changes.
