Abstract:

In this paper, we studied induction of callus and browning prevention on MS addition with different concentration of 6-BA and NAA using receptacle, peduncle, ovary and leaf blade of cerasus cerassoides as explants. The results showed that the callus induction rate of leaf was the highest in all tested culture media and explants, and among callus induction of floral organogenesis, peduncle was the best, followed by receptacle and ovary, and that of bracteolate was the lowest.Browning of callus can be effectively decreased with shorting explants disinfection time, keeping away from light, addition with active carbon.
