Abstract:
This paper is aimed to discuss the influence of no tillage on activities of enzymes in rice root rhizosphere. Pot experiments were conducted with Jinyou 253 as material to measure activities of amylase, urease and invertase in rice root rhizosphere and bulk soil under no tillage, conventional tillage and root separating cultivation. The results showed that activities of these enzymes in root rhizosphere and bulk soil under conventional tillage were higher than those under no tillage. It can be concluded that nutrient transformation in rice paddy under conventional tillage was better than that under no tillage.
