Abstract:【OBJECTIVE】To study the growth hormone gene polymorphism and its affect to growth and development of Dezhou donkey, ;【METHOD】The PCR primers were designed online according to result of comparisoning gene homology, then Dezhou donkey GH gene DNA sequence were cloned by PCR, and analysis of the GH gene and its presumption of cDNA, amino acid sequences by bioinformatics method. 【RESULTS】The results showed, the GH gene with 1928bp consist of the full length of 5 exons and 4 introns.The comparison of DNA sequence of the GH gene were 98.8 %, 98.2%,79.4%,68.3%,70.9% and 68.3% by homologous comparison among Dezhou donkey and other four species (Debao horse 67, Mongolian horse,pig , Cattle,sheep and human),and that were 99.5%,98.6 %,97.2% ,89.8%,88.9% and 68.4% in amino acid sequences. 【CONCLUSION】The results showed that the GH gene was conservative in the process of evolution.
