Abstract:

The macroscopical mechanisms and processes of the formation of saline-sodic soil in Northeast China were reviewed. The disadvantage of saline-sodic soil and the necessity of all kinds of cultivation were analyzed. According to the forming processes of the saline-sodic soil, in microcosmic management cultivation was the basis of improving the physical and chemical properties of saline-sodic soil in Northeast China, and the basis of chemical amelioration and phytomelioration. It provided a theoretical foundation and guidance for comprehensive management to saline-sodic soil.
