Abstract: To analyze salt tolerance level of different fig cultivars, and provide foundation for salt tolerant cultivar breeding, the cutting seedlings of‘Bulanruike’were used as materials for studying the changing tendency of physiological indexes under different salt stress levels. The results showed that the indexes of fig seedlings had no significant change under the stress of 0.2% NaCl, and certain changes were observed under 0.4% NaCl in the middle and late period, and under 0.6% NaCl, the indexes had significant differences from those of the initial period, indicating that 0.6% NaCl was the limit of salt tolerance of fig. Based on this, we analyzed the physiological indexes’change of the cutting seedlings of 5 introduced fig cultivars in Suqian, namely‘Bulanruike’,‘Bojihong’,‘Lvkang 1’,‘Jinaofen’,‘Meiliya’, under 0.6% NaCl. The results showed that the performance also varied considerably among different fig cultivars under salt stress, the sequence of the salt tolerance was‘Jinaofen’>‘Meiliya’in yellow fleshed cultivars; the sequence of the salt tolerance of red fleshed cultivars were‘Bulanruike’>‘Bojihong’,‘Lvkan
