Abstract: To study the effects of different fish oxytocin and their combinations on the reproductive performance of hybrid yellow-headed catfish, three kinds of fish oxytocin were selected, each hormone had 3 levels, and a total of 9 combinations were injected into the breeding parents. Different-dosage combinations of the three kinds of fish oxytocin had a great influence on the induced spawning rate, fertilization rate and hatching rate. The induced spawning rate, fertilization rate and hatching rate of group 9 was 90.0%, 84.7%, 88.9%; and the induced spawning rate, fertilization rate and hatching rate of group 8 was 92.5%, 83.2%, 85.1%. Different doses of the same oxytocin had a certain effect on the effective time of the parent fish. The effective time of group 9 was the shortest (23 h), while that of group 2 was the longest (30 h). In group 9, the combination of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone, domperidone and human chorionic gonadotropin had the best combination effect.
