Abstract:

To explore the joint-toxicity of pydiflumetofen and tebuconazole to Fusarium pseudogramineaqum, carry out the selection of efficient medicament, and provide a theoretical foundation for designing drug prophylaxes, through the conventional tissue isolation, Fusarium pseudogramineaqum strains were isolated from infected samples in Tai’an and surrounding areas, and the pathogenicity was measured. The indoor bioactivities of pydiflumetofen and tebuconazole to Fusarium pseudogramineaqum were detected by mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that EC50 of pydiflumetofen and tebuconazole to Fusarium pseudogramineaqum was 0.107 mg/L and 0.906 mg/L, respectively, which indicated that the indoor bioactivity of pydiflumetofen was better than that of tebuconazole. Among the five ratios of pydiflumetofen and tebuconazole, the minimum EC50 was found at ratio 1:1 (0.157 mg/L), and the maximum EC50 was found at ratio 1:8 (0.303 mg/L). The SRs of these five ratios were 1.22, 1.54, 1.85, 1.98 and 1.63, among which the SRs of ratio 1:2, 1:4, 1:6 and 1:8 were greater than 1.5. It indicated that all these four ratios had synergistic effect on Fusarium pseudogramineaqum, and the effect of ratio 1:6 was the most obvious.
