Abstract: The method of culturing treepeony containerized seedlings and absolving epicotyl dormancy of treepeony seeds. Soaking seeds with 4 cm radicle in GA(100ppm) for 24 hours and low temperature (2～4℃) for 25 days could absolve the dormancy. Stratification was good for radicle growth. The root of treepeony was long, so the container must be deep.
