Cytogenetics, resistance to powdery mildew, the combination of high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) and morphologic of Triticum aestivum - Elymus rectisetus alien addition lines 1026A1, 1057A1, and 1035A2 were studied. Three lines were 2n=22Ⅱ. The pollen mother cells of 1026A1,1057A1, and 1035A2 with chromosome configurations 2n=22Ⅱwere 95.1%,97.0% and 96.0%, respectively. The results demonstrated that they were stable in heredity. It was found that E. rectisetus accession 1050 was highly resistant to powdery mildew and three alien addition lines and Fukuhokomugi were highly susceptible. Three lines and Fukuhokomugi had the same HMW-GS. In addition, a morphological marker of 1026A1 was obtained.
