This paper summarized the basic biological rule and the cropping experiences from domestic and foreign researches on high yielding cultivation in rice and super rice, and supposed the San-Ding cultivation method for super rice, i.e., to quantify the target yield, to quantify the population indexes and to quantify the cultivation techniques. This paper also discussed and stated the concept and the principle about the San-Ding cultivation method. Super rice has the optimum ecological area of high yielding cultivation and the different yield appearance in different growing regions. In order to realize the high and stable yielding cultivation of super rice, the possible way is firstly to quantify the proper target yield of super rice cultivation according to growing regions, then to regulate the population quality indexes in accordance with the target yield through the practical use of relative cultivation techniques for super rice.
