The transition medium, exercising seedlings and transplanting basis affected the transplanting survived ratio of Phalaenosis .The results showed:The transplanting survived ratio of Phalaenosis increased 12.5% than the contrast adopting the transition medium with 10g/L sucrose and no hormone. The surviving ratio was top using lichen as basis. The method, exercising seedlings 3 days both indoor and outdoor respectively, was propitious to transplant, which made the surviving ratio reach to 90.0% . At the same time the surviving ratio was only 65.5%, not exercising seedlings.
