The author gave a comprehensive and systernic assortment and research on the plants of Yulania Spach．According to the International Code of Botanical Nomenclature, the species hybridisation of Yulania Spach 3 was registrated again. It is the first time to present a new assortment shstem of Yulania Spach. This assortment system is: genus→section→subsection→species. which include 3 sections，6 subsection（3 new translation subsection and 3 new subsection），40 species（incluling 15 new species）．Three new varieties has been described inthis paper．At the same time，the Rey of the Section, Subsection and species were given, which provided a sciertific basis for the academic research on multi-subject of assortment system of plants and relative hypotaxis of population and so on.
