Abstract: In recent years , Dendrolimus houi Lajonquiere have brought serious influence on plants such as Cryptomeria fortunei Hooibrenk in Wuyanlin National Natural Resery. In order to control this actuality and find out methods to solve this problem, we develop biological test to Dendrolimus houi Lajonquiere particularly . The results showed the following: (1) After doing some comparative experiments, it turns out that the effect of the power of the proportion of 1:18 is better than that of 1:16，1:20，1:22 ；and (2) the two years’ continuing use of the power is better than that of just one year. Due to the restriction of time , we’ve just developed two years’ continuing use in biological test .In order to reveal the mechanisms underlying the effects variation of LvDebao, further study is necessary.
