Abstract: Land consolidation will unavoidably impact the environmental elements and ecological process, we conducted a comparative study on soil fertility's maintaining value in different types of Qiong Lai city's land consolidation program zone base on the theoretical value of ecosystem services, which can provide quantitative basis for the land consolidation decision-making, quality and efficiency evaluation. The results show that, soil fertility keeps accumulated value of land development zone 15100 RMB per hectare, and land reclaim zone 18500 RMB, and land consolidation zone 4900 RMB. The rate of accumulated value of land reclaim zone reachs to 147.2%, which higher than land development zone and land consolidation zone. This result related to the land reclaim zone by soil transformed. The total value of soil fertility in program zone after land consolidation keeps increasing 7338800 RMB, which comes from the increased cultivated land and the improvement of family land. The soil fertility keeps scale in development zone is 0.05, reclaim zone is 0.09, consolidation is 0.46, from which land consolidation have highest benefit. It shows that improve agricultural infrastructure and improve soil fertility as the main characteristics of the type of land investment in less-effective to maintain soil fertility, should be advocated.
