Abstract:
Quantitative trait loci (QTL) dynamic mapping and gene × environment interaction were used to research net photosynthetic rate for five stages of grain filling from a RIL including 130 lines deriving from Milyang 46 and FJCD. This research carried in Wuyishan City and Putian City, Fujian Province. 22 additive QTL were detected in two environments, located in chromosome 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, and the contribution rate for phenotype variance were from 0.34% to 22.71%. We got 7 QTL with significant additive × environment interaction effects, located in chromosome 2, 4, 9, 11; of that, the contribution rates for phenotype variance of qNPR-2-10, qNPR-2-2 and qNPR-4-1 exceed 10%. This study aimed to reveal dynamic expressions of QTL controlling net photosynthetic rate in rice under different environmental conditions, and benefited to rice breeding for high photosynthetic efficiency.
