Abstract:

In order to develop appropriate scale, promote rural reform and resolve the ‘three rural’ issues, based on the peasant household’s questionnaire data in gaoyang county, hebei province, the research used the Logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the peasant household’s farmland circulation wish. The results indicated that: after head of household the education level, the farming income proportion, the proportion of migrant workers home, the circulation, lives the improvement anticipated, the rent of soil to the peasant household farmland circulation wish to have the important influence, and proposed the countermeasure to suggest target-oriented, the promotion farmland was reasonable, order, standard circulation, farmland resoures optimization disposition and reasonable use, development large-scale management and modernized agriculture.
